Simplest answer: Focus on losing overall fat first then focus your meals around those that are proven to help you build less visceral fat over time

I have created this 7-day challenge with select ingredients that are shown to help tummy blasting in the most effective and delicious way possible.
Our goal here is to note reduction in that mid section within the 7 days.
This Batch will run from Aug 22nd to Aug 28th.
One thing to note about this plan is that if you are joining us, you are required to give everything. This isn’t one of those challenges where you join and sit back, participation is 100% required.

No; it isn’t a typo. This plan is fat-astic. It gets rid of a lot of the belly bulge in only 7 days. Follow the plan, exercise at least 30 mins a day and voila; a new and improved version of yourself will be revealed in 7 days. I am currently repeating the plan and will do it at least once a quarter to maintain my new belly. Love it! Love it! Love it!

Truly am a Granma of 77+ years that believes in eating healthy, I weighed 207Ibs before the Lin programs, I have come down to 189Ibs without taking part in any of the exercises, because I hav back issues and could not do most of them than to take a walk round my compound for 30mins and climb my stairs for another year 30 minutes. The meals have been very helpful, and ave kept strictly o the recommended meals. Kudos to the author of the meals 👏
