I enjoyed this plan as it had a good amount of tasty food and I hardly felt hungry after or between meals. The linzempic drink was a bit of a mouthful but great ingredients. I lost 2 inches on my waste and 2kg after doing the plan twice and felt the bloat easing off me. I would definitely recommend this plan.

Dear LIN, I was very excited to have signed up for the Debloat and Melt programme. I waited to receive my meal plan but realised I had to pay a huge amount to join a suppprt group:
Unfortunately I couldn’t afford the second payment and therefore missed out and lost out:
I had encouraged a friend to join too. In the end, it all didn’t work out. I would suggest that you update your TCs so that at a glance, one would understand all it entails. 😪😪

This 7-day program was short and effective. I liked most of the recipes which were easy to make. The program delivered as promised.

There were some interesting recipes but the meal plan actually made bloating worse for me. And I was glad it was over after day 7. It may have worked others but not for me.
