I have created this 7-day challenge with select ingredients that are shown to help tummy blasting in the most effective and delicious way possible.
Our goal here is to note reduction in that mid section within the 7 days.
This Batch will run from Aug 22nd to Aug 28th.
One thing to note about this plan is that if you are joining us, you are required to give everything. This isn’t one of those challenges where you join and sit back, participation is 100% required.

I bought the plan for my husband, starting weight was 84.75kg and final weight was 82.65kg.His favourite meal was loaded salad. He loved the Asian slaw as well but after the 4th day he grew tired of it . He complained about his swallow portion size with the Ogbono but I persuaded him to just stick with the plan. So in a nutshell a weight loss of 2kg in 7 days wasn’t a bad idea.
