These are the terms of business governing sale of digital products and services by Atare Naija Foodie Ltd – Lose It Nigerian (LIN) registered in Nigeria and Canada.

“Digital Products” refers to meal plan, recipes and documents created and sold by Lose It Nigerian (LIN).

Please review or Privacy Policy and Refund Policy in conjunction with these Terms of Service.

The LIN Plans are not designed for any specific medical condition. Please consult your physician before embarking on your journey with any of our plans.

Lose It Nigerian Meal Plans and Programs

The LIN meal plans provided include recipes, ingredients list and meal tables. These preset meal plans are to be used as is for maximum efficiency.

Ingredients: Substitutes are provided via support medium provided and/or chosen at time of checkout.

Allergies: It is impossible to cater to all allergies on our preset plans. However the LIN Team will recommend acceptable substitutes when requested by purchaser of plan. If you are unsure about your allergies please contact us before you make a purchase.

The information provided regarding allergies is not professional advice and the LIN Team take no responsibility for any adverse effect resulting from such advice. Please consult your physician when in doubt.

Exercise: Certain LIN plans contain recommended exercises. Listen to your body and stay within your capability. If you have medical or health conditions that prevents you from exercising, please contact your Physician before proceeding.

Terms of Use

Lose It Nigerian is the exclusive copyright holder and licensee of all intellectual property rights for materials in our plans.

When you purchase access to the Digital Products you are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information.

You may not publish or share the Digital Products or your login details with anyone else. If you wish to purchase as gift for family and friends please contact us.

The plans purchased are for personal use and as such, you must not use any part or the plan or content of the plan for any purpose other than your personal fitness and nutrition.

For downloadable plans, download links and expiration dates are provided on your account page if you choose to create an account at checkout. It is the users responsibility to download and save their plans for future use.

The same information is also provided in your download email. Please note number of downloads and expiry date.

We typically provide 7 downloads unless otherwise stated.

It is the responsibility of the user to save a copy of all material provided during challenges for future use. We will be unable to provide these material after the challenges.

Provision of additional downloads will come at an extra cost.

For programs and courses delivered via our teachable school, you will have access for the duration stated on the product page. Additional ccess to the course material can purchased upon expiry.

Accounts created on the loseitnigerian.com website are automatically removed after 18 months of inactivity.

Plan Support

Certain LIN plans include 30 days of email support upon purchase with the option of purchasing additional support. Please review support notes on plan pages before purchase.

For multiple plan purchases, your email support will be cumulative from date of purchase.

Written notice (via email) is required to delay commencement of your plan support. Plan support can only be delayed by a maximum of 30 days from date of purchase.

By purchasing your plan, you agree that we do not provide plan support via social media. (Instagram – DM or comments, Twitter, Youtube Comments)

All plan questions will be addressed via support medium chosen at time of checkout or via our contact form. Support will be provided for the duration for which you have support unless additional support is purchased.

Our office hours are 9 am to 4 pm GMT-6.

Questions received on weekends may not be attended to till Monday after the weekend.

Challenge Support

Challenge support details will be provided at time of registration. Challenge support is only valid for duration of the challenges. Additional support can be purchased at loseitnigerian.com/support.

It is your responsibility to support correct and complete international phone number as requested for challenges. Failure to do so will result in delay accessing the support groups.

If you are registering for a challenge after the challenge start date and would like to be added to the challenge group (during the challenge), please use the contact page to request this.

Content Provided

Information provided and obtained during the purchase process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will always ask for permission to publish progress photos and images containing identifying markers (face) to the public at large. This permission may come in form of DM (via social media), email, comments on social media posts and/or phone calls. If we get your approval, we will use said photo or material until we receive express written notice to stop using the content.

Plan Purchase and Refund

By purchasing Digital Products through this site, you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with Lose It Nigerian.
Country of Merchant Domicile: Nigeria.

All prices are in the currency shown on the website or selected at checkout. The base currency is USD.

It is the users responsibility to ensure the plan purchased is what was intended. If you accidental purchase a wrong plan, please do not click on the download link.

Refunds will be handled per our Refund Policy. We generally cannot offer refunds after the plan download links have been clicked.

Discounts & Coupons: If you have a discount or coupon to use at time of purchase, it is your responsibility to ensure the coupon is successfully applied before proceeding with payment. We are unable to retroactively apply coupons and discounts for completed orders.

We reserved to right to refuse service if you are not in good health or act in bad faith.

Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously. If you opt in to receive information about related Digital Products from LIN, we will occasionally email you about that. Other than that, we will only contact you in direct relation to the items you have purchased from us. We will never sell or rent your details. You can read our full privacy policy here.
