LIN Custom plan

This plan did not look like a diet, because I was eating 3 meals with snacks in between. I literally ate popcorn almost everyday. I was still able to lose about 3lbs in 3 weeks. I like the fact that I got to eat meals I am familiar with. Thank you Bukola for being a great coach and always checking in. Thank you Ronke and team LIN

LIN! LIN!! LIN!!! There are no words to describe my experience🥳🥳🥳🥳. First off, THANK YOUUUU! I am screaming ooo. The meal plan I loved as it was straightforward. The meal had things I was familiar with. Even though the plan has ended, I am still eating the same meals ☺️. I think my body got used to it 🤣.

Review on Custom Meal Plan

The meal plan was good, and most of the meals were tasty and filling. The plan helped me reduce my sugar intake drastically, and I noticed that even after the meal plan, my urge to take sugar isn't there! I now strive to eat right in order to achieve my desired goal. It's a continuous process for me!

Also having someone support and encourage me via WhatsApp was invaluable. Knowing that there is someone out there diligently making sure you're striving to meet your daily goals is amazing. Thank you LIN team.

I reached out to Ronke because I’m menopausal and it has beacons harder to lose weight using the typical methods. She created a tailor made plan that took into account even my vices like chocolate and plantain chips! The detail in explaining the reasoning behind each decision is next-level and I’ve enjoyed every meal!

Bukola was very supportive and ready with a positive response to my perceived failures. I still have some ways to go to achieve my goal but now I have definitely been equipped with the tools for success that are “sustainable”-Key word!
