I am addicted to LIN meal plans because they allow me to plan my meals weekly and prep meals ahead .I can eat healthy meals with easy and less stress as compared to determining on the fly what to eat each day.
LIN IN 3 is by far my favorite LIN plan. The meal plan includes most of the loved West African meals which are delicious yet filling so I do not end up overeating.

Honestly, I didn’t think I’d enjoy it as much as I do. The meals are yummy, but this whole fat flush smoothie business (hot pepper?? Na wa o), won’t lie I’m not a fan, but I committed to it. Starting week 3 tomorrow and my rings are already not as tight round my fingers.
