Welcome to our brand new Ramadan program for 2021! the program features classics like akara with a beautiful twist, to masa, to coconut rice, to tapioca and much more.
I am very excited for this plan. Ramadan holds such amazing memories of childhood for me. Somehow, I always thought I would lose weight during Ramadan, but it never happened. Now I know better, fasting doesn’t automatically mean weight-loss.
This 30 day plan is completely flexible so you do not have to feel deprived. W have put together a collection of favourite Iftar and Suhoor meals but presented in a healthy way to further your weight-loss journey.

This is officially my best plan yet. There was so much variety and the recipes came out so well. The portions were sensible and I did not feel deprived. A lot of times I could not eat all my meals because I was full. It was easy to stick to as there were meals that satisfied my sweet cravings. I will try to continue with it after Ramadan. I’m absolutely positive my starting weight was closer to 209lbs. After the the first 10days I was down to 202lbs, not sure how that happened because I wasn’t even a 100% compliant(nursing mother here). Anyway, I’m not going to weigh myself again till Eid morning but I truly enjoyed every meal on the plan and loved making them even more. PS: The egg wrap is a personal fave *yum*
