I am very excited for this plan. Ramadan holds such amazing memories of childhood for me. Somehow, I always thought I would lose weight during Ramadan, but it never happened. Now I know better, fasting doesn’t automatically mean weight-loss.
This 30 day plan is completely flexible so you do not have to feel deprived. W have put together a collection of favourite Iftar and Suhoor meals but presented in a healthy way to further your weight-loss journey.

The LIN Ramadan work wonders. It doesn’t only guide you in Ramadhan, its a complete game changer. You learn to cook healthy and clean meal and most importantly control your portions. LIN Ramadan 2020, really helped me, hence I looked forward to that of 2021, and it did not disappoint!

I whish the 4 weeks will not end. I like the 2 meals with larger portions that the plan offers. I lost about 8 pounds In the four weeks and I love it.

I love this plan! Although I am not Muslim, I decided to get on board with the program and join in the fun… The plan was obviously well thought out with delicious and generous portions. I am a foodie and I loved the fact that I could just go in my pantry and rustle something up from the plan. One of the main issues I had with the other plans was the need to shop every week for different items, I just couldn’t keep up. The story was different with this plan however, the menu was flexible with a lot to choose from and with ingredients I already had, so keeping up wasn’t an issue at all. The best part was that I lost 1.5 kg every week. Many thanks Ronke for coming up with this, plan, it is definitely a winner for me.

Really enjoyed this plan due to the variety. I mean you could eat Abula if you wanted!
I got to try out meals I had never cooked myself before like masa, gbegiri to name a few.
Only thing was I felt very bloated and had to do a cleanse towards the end this might be more to do with the way I planned my meals though
I’ll recommend buying any of the Ramadan plans when they are released.

Lin is good. I lost about 3kg. Its just that u won’t lose weight rapidly. Just gradually with time.
