Ramadan is a very special time. It is a time to abstain from worldly things and look inward. A lot of people expect weightloss during Ramadan but it often doesn’t happen because of the types of meals consumed and lethargy experienced. Fasting doesn’t automatically mean weightloss. This is why it is crucial to eat high satiety, slow energy release food.
This program is designed specifically to support 2 meals per day as required by Ramadan.
This 30 day plan is completely flexible so you do not have to feel deprived. I have put together a collection of favourite Iftar and Suhoor meals but presented in a healthy way to further your weightloss journey.
