The Whatsapp group was busy. The team was cautious in responding to people concerns, I noticed interaction was great within a specific set of people however, more can be done to encourage more participation with new participant/and introverts. Welldone to the LIN Ramadan Team

Good plan overall, although I personally struggled to use this plan. I find that the flexibility worked against me compared to a plan like LDD.

I love the Ramadan recipes. They are delicious and easy to prep and follow. Most times I cook 2 major meals for the week. It helped me with my Intermittent fasting as well and my weight which has been static for a while moved during the program. The support group is also not so busy or bombarded with messages so I love that as well. Welldone to the LIN team
