I am very excited for this plan. Ramadan holds such amazing memories of childhood for me. Somehow, I always thought I would lose weight during Ramadan, but it never happened. Now I know better, fasting doesn’t automatically mean weight-loss.
If you have been eating healthy or trying to lose weight, I have put together this plan to further your journey along.
This 30 day plan is completely flexible so you do not have to feel deprived. I have put together a collection of favourite Iftar and Suhoor meals but presented in a healthy way to further your weight-loss journey.

This is in my opinion the most diverse plan on the LIN planet. I was hesitant in getting it initially because I’m not muslim, so I don’t celebrate Ramadan. And secondly, I thought I already had enough plans. But I was totally wrong. This plan can with so many new and delicious recipes. I’ve learnt my lesson now. I will keep getting the LIN plans because they work, and I never feel like I’m on a diet.
