Can’t believe how easy it was to fall into step with this plan. The group support was amazing. I got motivation to do more of my ibadah with the daily checklist. All the meals were a hit back to back. I’m continuing immediately after Eid with the meals I didn’t get to make to payback the ones I missed and fast 6 days of shawwal. Huge plus I got to lose 5kg.
