I am very excited for this plan. Ramadan holds such amazing memories of childhood for me. Somehow, I always thought I would lose weight during Ramadan, but it never happened. Now I know better, fasting doesn’t automatically mean weight-loss.

This 30 day plan is completely flexible so you do not have to feel deprived. I have put together a collection of favourite Iftar and Suhoor meals but presented in a healthy way to further your weight-loss journey.
