The meals are a bit too repetitive within a week for me. I am eating 3 types of meals over and over for 7 days. I dropped off the meal wagon already.

I have been on the plan for 3 weeks now. I took a week to get the food stuff needed for the plan. So far i have lost 2kg and my husband has lost 4kg. I was expecting the circumference of my waist to have reduced but so far there is little difference. I am hoping that the remainder of the food plan so be sent will work on my waist. This will upgrade my rating to 5 star.
