Omg, LIN IN was great. Asides losing 3.3kg the plan was so easy to follow. And the idea of the pairing in group kept me accountable all through. I knew I had to be responsible for me and my partner. Out of all the lin plans I have bought, I loved the versatility on this one. What also worked for me was eating breakfast late-say 11-11:30 am. Apart from prepping, it was great.
