Simplest answer: Focus on losing overall fat first then focus your meals around those that are proven to help you build less visceral fat over time
The next question is usually “Well how do I do that?”

I have created this 7-day challenge with select ingredients that are shown to help tummy blasting in the most effective and delicious way possible.
Our goal here is to note reduction in that mid section within the 7 days.
Batch 4 will run from Feb 7th to Feb 13th.
One thing to note about this plan is that if you are joining us, you are required to give everything. This isn’t one of those challenges where you join and sit back, participation is 100% required.

The variety of meals was great and everything tasted good but I didn’t loose any weight and I followed it to a T and did cardio everyday. My sister did it in the past and lost weight so I guess it depends on your body type. No regrets tho, I learnt a few new recipes.

Hello coach Ronke, I did my tummy down plan 3weeks ago I lost an inch on upper waist and 1.5 inches on lower waist, I went from 100kg to 96.70kg I have been maintaining that with portion control I have a better relationship using oil generally in food..I have also incorporated exercise into my weekly routine atlist 3times a week..myhubby equally lost 2.7kg and his tailor confirm he lost INCHES in d tummy!!!!
