So my review is long overdue and even though I had planned how to give a day by day review, I don’t want to write too much and give anything away just in case you want to put this up on social media.
I started the plan and realised on that morning that the scale in my house wasn’t working and I couldn’t weigh myself. I didn’t allow that to discourage me and moved on by just measuring areas on my body. Fast forward to day 4 and I had lost an overall total of 8 inches everywhere (1 inch from my bust, 2 inches from my hips, 3 from my lower belly and 2 from my waist) with no exercise whatsoever. If I had exercised, I’m sure I would have lost more.
Anyway, I’ve incorporated this as a monthly cleanse and I’ll be doing it every month. In just 4 days, my body has gotten used to the meal plan that eating outside the specific window is strange. Even the quantity of what I eat now has drastically reduced.
Thank you Ronke and the LIN team for all your efforts and for this small but fully packed cleanse. To everyone procrastinating or feeling like they want to give up on day 2, just keep telling yourself, it’s just 4 days, I won’t die. That was my motto.
