This plan is called Fit Better and it’s very intentionally named that way. This is a transitional plan out of the way we have been living the past few weeks.
We have combined meals in the most efficient way and created meal tables to support that for effective weightloss without feeling deprived. This makes it a very easy plan to stick to.
If your goal is to maintain weight while eating healthier, you can use this plan as a flexible approach. This means you can create your own meal tables following the given meals/ recipes.
This is a 14 day journey to get you back into a healthy lifestyle and lose weight while not feeling deprived. It’s a WIN WIN WIN.

It was great. It would be an added value of the calorie/macro information can be added to the meal plans.

I wasn’t able to take part in the challenge because I wasn’t feeling fine at that time and was on medications.
I feel you should make the groups smaller rather than having 3 coaches in a group create smaller groups with 1 coach per time it wld be more effective and the coach will notice anybody not participating thereby fulfilling the essence of the joining.
We join because we wanted to be accountable and we needed support.
