If like me you “inherited” a few pounds, keep reading.
For those of us with a few pounds and some not so great habits, this is redemption. Time to get back into a healthy routine to avoid taking extras into the new year.
This 2-week week Nigerian food Based plan is designed to help you drop some pounds, start building some good habits and maybe win some money along the way.
Not only are there incredibly delicious recipes (hello Banga, suya burger, gizdodo) to name a few.
To crown it off, we have a segment called “Keep it 500” which is particularly dedicated to folks who want the flexibility of eating off the menu on the weekend. This category allows for things like classic yam & egg, classic pap and akara/moimoi, classic jollof rice, classic rice and stew. Be it a party or meal prep for the rest of the family, you don’t have to worry about getting derailed with weekend activities while on the program.
This program also allows for those on Intermittent Fasting (IF) OMAD (one meal a day) and Nursing mothers.
In short, there are no excuses for failure with this plan.
