This plan is called Fit Better and it’s very intentionally named that way. This is a transitional plan out of the way we have been living the past few weeks.
We have combined meals in the most efficient way and created meal tables to support that for effective weightloss without feeling deprived. This makes it a very easy plan to stick to.
If your goal is to maintain weight while eating healthier, you can use this plan as a flexible approach. This means you can create your own meal tables following the given meals/ recipes.
This is a 14 day journey to get you back into a healthy lifestyle and lose weight while not feeling deprived. It’s a WIN WIN WIN.

This challenge had everything!. If you are used to giving excuses on why its difficult to lose weight because of restrictive diets,this plan is the best for you. I could have my swallow(i ate ogbono for the first time in 6months),drink garri,eat my beloved yam!At a point my husband told me “This cant be a diet” lol. I thoroughly enjoyed this plan and the group challenge.
It was the perfect jumpstart after several months in lockdown and engaging in boredom eating. I told myself, yes, this is crunch time!
The fact that there was also a monetary reward. I had committed myself on IG saying I’ll give it my all. I couldn’t let myself down so I did just that. I went from a 70.7kg on 31/05/2020 to 67.1 on 14/06/2020. With a 2 inch reduction in my lower belly.
The meals were very satisfying, and portions were just right. I could do this plan back to back🤣. Well… like most LIN plans really.
My favourite was the Mango Smoothie with grilled fish.. it felt like I was having a lazy summer afternoon, lounging under some shade, and sipping away. It’s an absolute delight, with its little tinge of spiciness from the cardamom, Just amazing.

Rapid cleanse for me did not feel like a cleanse at all. The meals were delicious. The highlight for me was being able to see my CS incision without raising my “fanny pack” lol. I was so excited I repeated it . And the second time my whole mid section was so squishy I could fit it into my palms .
