CWR was great. It didnt feel like a cleanse cos I could barely finish all 3 meals. It’s my go to cleanse now after rapid cleanse. IMO it’s a must have cleanse.

It was easy to prepare, in terms of ingredients sourcing and cooking as the meals were not many. The downside of this is that boredom sets in when one is eating the same meals for say 6 days instead of the 3 days for the plan.
For people who don’t mind the same meals and do not like spending all day in the kitchen, this plan is for you.
