Hi ma’am, I am having difficulties trying to ascertain the calories in 100g oat swallow as there are limited information about it online and the few are quite misleading.
Water doesn’t have calories
But if I measure 1/2 cup of oat flour
And after making the swallow it weighs around 133g which of them becomes the correct measurement please
1/2 cup oats + water = 140 cal. Therefore 133g of oat = 140 cal
