Oats are very healthy and are an excellent source nutrients and vitamins.
A cup of oats is approximately 280 calories. A cup of oat can be very filling thanks to the fiber content in oats.
Oats have been proven to reduce cholesterol, improve immunity and may reduce risk of type 2 diabetes.
Add oats to your diet if you haven’t already.
