  • 90g – Greens (Use your preference – I used spinach)
  • 300g – Cucumber
  • 2 slices – Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons – Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon – Maple Syrup
  • Lemon Juice

Now let’s calculate the Calories in our healthy Salad:

  • 90g – Greens (21 Cal)
  • 300g – Cucumber (45 Cal)
  • 2 slices – Cheese ( 140 Cal)
  • 2 eggs (160 Cal)
  • 2 teaspoons – Sesame Seeds (20 Cal)
  • 1 tablespoon – Maple Syrup (60Cal)
  • Lemon Juice

That means a total of 443 Calories for our simple, healthy and quick Nigerian Salad!
