I have always been a skeptic of diet plans and although I saw some pictures and read what some people have said about the plan, I had my doubts, but for the price, I figured, I did not have much to lose. I had been working out and eating what I considered better for months with no movement on the scale. I was 100% complaint with the plan and was down 8 pounds after 4 days … impossible!! I carried the scale to different parts of the house to confirm results and it was correct all 4 times. This plan really works and I was not starving myself.
