The cleanse was nice, I had to drag my boyfriend to join me, he did it religiously, now he’s saying he’ll pay for the dress down plan. the third day was hardddd for me o, I threw up my morning tea mix. I had to add bread to my eggs. I also didn’t know how to contact the help desk for assistance. I put on my trousers this morning and I felt I had lost a few inches in my waist because I suddenly need belt for the trouser.
