Whenever I start a program, I subconsciously know I just have to do it even if I don’t like it. That was not the case with belly shrinker, delicious food and generous portions, I had to divide my food into 2 sometimes. Week 1 was my favorite, with week 2 being like what I would expect from a program.
Now for the results. I started Belly Shrinker after 7 weeks of other LIN programs, so I thought I would just have a week of regular results, I was pleasantly wrong.

Most weight-loss programs have you chewing the inside of your cheeks and staring longingly at every plate of food that passes by. Not so with LIN. The recipes are delicious and the portions are adequate. I have been a LIN user for a few years now and each program still manages to surprise me with fresh delicious recipes. This one was no exception. I have always hated vegetable smoothies and felt they were something to be endured but the recipes on this program showed they can be quite tasty and enjoyable. The support is real, the coaches are available and engaging and the camaraderie among participants is entertaining and encouraging. I would have given the program a 5 star rating but for that black bean soup…lol. I recommend LIN!!!
