I just completed the 4days I liked the fact we eat real food and lose weight. I started with 88kg down to 82kg. I like the creamy oatmeal so much. I recommend this plan.

I just completed my plan and think it was a good plan overall, although I did not particularly feel very comfortable with the Pepper feature in the whole meal plan – my body did not really react well to it and my butt hole suffered for it (lol)
It would be nice if we can have the measurements in cup sizes and mls too. I had to always do some grams to mls conversion where I wasn’t sure my scale was accurate or where I was rushing for work and couldn’t start measuring on the scale. Since the measuring cups were handy, it would be easy to just measure and move!
I really liked the Creamy Oat breakfast and the Lettuce Wrap lunch and I liked the juice cleanse without the pepper (lol). But on a whole, I really think it was a well thought out plan. I started at 84.1kg and as at this morning when I weighed, it was 81.9kg.

It wasn’t easy at the beginning as I work mostly at night and sleep often during the day,that makes me eat at night,but because I was determined I stuck with the plan and drank alot of water as well,the tiger but helped keep my energy level during the day,and I lost a total of 2.5kg in 4days….looking forward to stepping up my game.
