Almost on a daily basis, I get asked the question on what is the most effective way to lose Tummy fat.
Simplest answer: Focus on losing overall fat first then focus your meals around those that are proven to help you build less visceral fat over time
The next question is usually “Well how do I do that?”

I have created this 7-day challenge with select ingredients that are shown to help tummy blasting in the most effective and delicious way possible.
Our goal here is to note reduction in that mid section within the 7 days.
Batch 4 will run from Feb 7th to Feb 13th.
One thing to note about this plan is that if you are joining us, you are required to give everything. This isn’t one of those challenges where you join and sit back, participation is 100% required.

I was very occupied during the challenge, but even though I did not do the exercises I still had a good result. I lost about 1″ on average on each section I previously measured. I really enjoyed the meals and liked the added flexibility that was offered. I found myself too full to eat dinner sometimes. When I repeat this, I will commit myself to not eating outside and fully doing the exercises. Then my net loss will be greater than the almost 4kg I lost already. Cheers!
