I am a normal size 10 but noted I had added a bit in my tummy area and decided to try the tummy trimmer after coming across the page on Instagram. I wasn’t happy with the bloat and weight around my tummy and decided to sign up. I started off the LIN Tummy Trimmer 21 days at a weight of 67.5kg and had a goal to hit 60kg at the end, I had read different reviews on the success of the programmes on social media and was looking forward to same.
The meals structure is very disciplined and the food shopping & prepping the meals at the weekend for the week was fun (miss it now it’s over).
In the 1st week I lost 2.5kg but my 2nd week I had a craving for groundnuts and gave in to a handful (sigh).
Nonetheless I completed the programme and with a day break did the Rapid Cleanse programme and with both I lost 4.2kg in 25days, my exercise was walking 30mins every 2-3days. Definitely healthy way to eat and live and I have adopted some of the meals (e.g. egg bake, oat swallow, Afang etc into my meals going forward).
Although I didn’t hit my target weight of 60kg I plan to embark on the program soon again to reach it.

I started this with the intent of losing at least 4kg, yeah over 8lbs but I only lost 3.1lbs with the tummy trimmer plan, as recommended. I’ll admit that I was about 90% compliant week 1&2. I stopped midway during week 3 for medical reasons. Started at 147.5lbs and ended at 144.4lbs.

The plan, as always, was really great. I am a lin fan and I didn’t expect less. I’m giving 4 stars cos I struggled to eat the spicy slaw.
I lost about 2kg in total and that’s cos I struggled a lot. Was mentally out of it and cheated. LDD beta is still my fave tho😁😁
