I started the rapid cleanse on monday 29th june, I was weighing 100.80kg and my hubby 103.30kg after day 4 I weighed 97.70kg and myhubby weighed 99.20…I lost 3.1kg and hubby lost 3.90kg (though we didnt loose any inches on waist,burst or hip) we are happy the scale moved.
