I really enjoyed the recipes, especially the vegetable with plantain (I love plantain in all forms) and I lost 1.7kg which is great for me. Will definitely incorporate the meals into my everyday. I can't believe I actually didn't eat rice for 6 days.

I enjoyed the food. It was really tasty and had very big portions. I loved thé salad dressing as well. I lost 1kg only, I was hoping to lose more.
