This plan is called Fit Better and it’s very intentionally named that way. This is a transitional plan out of the way we have been living the past few weeks.
We have combined meals in the most efficient way and created meal tables to support that for effective weightloss without feeling deprived. This makes it a very easy plan to stick to.
If your goal is to maintain weight while eating healthier, you can use this plan as a flexible approach. This means you can create your own meal tables following the given meals/ recipes.
This is a 14 day journey to get you back into a healthy lifestyle and lose weight while not feeling deprived. It’s a WIN WIN WIN.

The plan was really good and incorporated all our Nigerian foods. I am a yam lover so I especially loved the yam recipe. “Downside” was that hubby kept taking my ogbono soup so I had to make another pot for him. Overall, it was fantastic amd I would use use it all over again

I suggest there’s consideration for clients who work out rigorously, I was always hungry which really affected my sleep. Ended up eating extra portions intermittently so I’m able to sleep through the night.

The icing on the cake for me were the courteous and ever available Admins they did not make us feel any question was too silly to respond to. They to my utmost surprise even patiently answered questions that had already being treated in the forum severally.

I loved this challenge. I particularly liked that the plan wasn’t cumbersome. I had most ingredients at home and it was easy to follow. Yam porridge is one of my best food and I am happy I now have a LIN recipe to fall back to when I have the craving for it.
