This plan is called Fit Better and it’s very intentionally named that way. This is a transitional plan out of the way we have been living the past few weeks.
We have combined meals in the most efficient way and created meal tables to support that for effective weightloss without feeling deprived. This makes it a very easy plan to stick to.
If your goal is to maintain weight while eating healthier, you can use this plan as a flexible approach. This means you can create your own meal tables following the given meals/ recipes.
This is a 14 day journey to get you back into a healthy lifestyle and lose weight while not feeling deprived. It’s a WIN WIN WIN.

The only downside for me is that mango is a seasonal fruit hence no replacement was mentioned for mango if I decided to do the use the plan any other time when mango is out of season.
